Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before shipment will be processed for a refund within 24–48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.

Returns Policy

We currently accept return requests only for the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

Return Request Guidelines:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Return initiation should be done via the ‘My Account’ section on our website: www.diviniq.in

  • Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with all original packaging and components intact.

Required for Return Request Submission:

You must upload:

  • A copy/photo of the invoice

  • Clear images of the product showing the damage or defect

  • Photographs of the outer packaging (including damaged areas, if applicable)

Once your request is approved:

  • The product will be picked up by our logistics partner and sent to our warehouse for inspection.

  • If eligible, a replacement will be issued at no extra cost or a refund will be processed after inspection.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds may take up to 15 days after we receive and verify the returned item at our warehouse.

Important Conditions – Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Damages caused due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products with tampered packaging or removed labels

  • Products returned with missing components

  • Incidental or external damages not related to transit

  • Products returned in a used or altered condition

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Spare parts (only replacements are allowed for defective/wrong parts)
